As i’m sure i’ve mentioned previously i’ve been profoundly deaf for a little over two years now. Apart from the obvious things like being able to talk to people with ease etc the one thing i miss the most is music. I never really appriciated the power of music till i lost it.

Well i’m back from my wanderings now, spent a pleasent four days in Spain, back home for three days then been to Jersey to visit a dear friend for five days. In my wanderings i’ve been struck by some curious thoughts/observations.

OK first off i know it’s been awhile since my last post and for that apologises i been snowed under with work, now to the point.
I was having a conversation with a good friend of mine about our futures, she was worried about whether or not she really wanted to spend the rest of her life doing Psychology. This got me wondering about the same kind of thing, do i really want ot spend my life doing History?
