Was having a conversation with Louise earlier when for some reason i brought up the topic of parallel universes. We both agreed that its an intresting theory.

For those who don’t know/have forgotten, the theory is that for every decision we make, the choice we didn’t choose is played out in a parallell universe. So for example if you decided not to apply for a job, then in a parallel universe somewhere theres a version of you that did decide to apply for the job.

Now what i find most intresting about the theory is, say you were feeling really depressed, if the theory is correct then there could be an infinite number of different versions of you who have things much worse than you do. On the other hand there could also be an infinite number of versions of you that have things much better.

What do you think? parallel universes, real or just scientific fantasy?
